The Fellowship Program
What Happens in 12 Weeks:
Over the course of 12 weeks, agents will go through a structured development program that focuses on real-world sales skills, daily habits, marketing strategies, and business mindset. Each week builds on the last, guiding agents through everything from time-blocking and scripts to branding and client conversion. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and built to create momentum.
The Coaching:
Participants will train directly with George Kypreos and his leadership team—some of the most experienced professionals in the Las Vegas real estate market. Coaching sessions focus on mastering the fundamentals, building confidence, and staying consistent. You’ll get real feedback, real accountability, and learn the habits that drive long-term success.
